New Registrants: We require a credit card on file before appointments may be booked online. We will call you within one business day of your registration to activate your account.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charge a cancelation fee of 50% of the service total.
No-Show Policy: Failing to show up for an appointment will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the service total.
JEM Skincare services are by appointment only. Booking an appointment is contracting our time with you. We respect you and your loyalty to us and we commit to you that we will always run on time and on schedule. We hope that you will respect us and our time, and commit to our appointment scheduling policies.
